Well, there’s really just one. The HAG is meeting with a two-item agenda, and the first is a minutes approval. So all eyes land here.

The group will consider recommending a substantial amendment to the 2021 Annual Action Plan, specifically to fold in a second revision to the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan. (5-A) HOME-ARP funds are federal dollars targeted at people experiencing homelessness or housing instability, and a “substantial amendment” is the formal process HUD requires when changes are significant enough to affect who gets served or how. This revision would shift how those funds get directed, meaning the mix of housing types and supportive services available to qualifying residents could look different going forward.
